WASHINGTON: More than 13.8 million Americans have signed up for health insurance since the start of the 2022 open enrollment period in November through December, the US Department of Health and Human Services said on Thursday.
The number includes more than 9.7 million people in the 33 US states using the Affordable Care Act’s Healthcare.gov platform and over four million people from regions that use their own platform.
