As the makers dropped the trailer of the film today, Dhairya has been receiving immense appreciation and love for his role. During the event, the actor was asked about reflecting on his journey and his biggest takeaway by being a part of an ensemble cast.
Dhairya smiled and said, “My journey has been overwhelming and exciting at the same time. I have so much gratitude for all the learnings and blessings that have come my way. I think I am really lucky to start my career with films which have made a significant mark in the creative industry — the kind of films only a newcomer can dream of in being a part of”.
On a closing note, he added, “All this is a dream come true for me. Whatever parts I’ve played in these films, they’ve all turned out to be special for me. ‘Gehraiyaan’ is the first film, where you’ll be seeing me playing a lead role, and this is exactly the kind of progress I am looking for. I couldn’t have asked for more”.
Dhariya made his debut in Bollywood with Vicky Kaushal-starrer Uri: The Surgical Strike in 2019. He essayed the role of Captain Sartaj Singh Chandok in Aditya Dhar’s directorial debut film. ‘Gehraiyaan’ has been slated for an OTT release for February 11.
