Now, according to the production house, the film has collected Rs 2.05 crore on the first day of its release. The film has opened to a good start. Cities like Thane, Kalyan, Dombivali, Pune, Nashik and Mumbai are the major players in the collections. The film was screened in more than 400 theatres and had around 10,000 shows.
Meanwhile, the trailer launch event was attended by Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray, several other Shiv Sena leaders and Bollywood stars like Salman Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, Gulshan Grover, Sharman Joshi and more.
In the film, Prasad Oak plays the role of Anand Dighe. He received a lot of appreciation and love from the audience for his look as the late political leader.
Helmed by Pravin Tarde, the film is produced by Mangesh Dessai.
