Aryan Khan drugs case: Is Shah Rukh Khan planning to take legal action against NCB’s Sameer Wankhede and his team? | Hindi Movie News – Bollywood – Times of India

After the Bombay High court released its detailed bail order in the infamous drug case involving Aryan Khan, stating that there was ‘hardly any positive evidence’ to show a conspiracy between the accused as alleged by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), fans and friends of SRK are waiting for him to break his stoic silence. According to reports, the legal team of King Khan has now advised the superstar to take legal action against NCB’s zonal director Sameer Wankhede, who was leading the cruise-drug case, and others who falsely accused his son Aryan, due to which he spent over three week in Arthur Road jail. A close friend of the actor has reportedly told an entertainment portal that, ‘Shah Rukh is strongly being advised retaliatory legal action against those who put Aryan behind bars. So yes, there is likely to be some unforeseen developments in the case.’ Meanwhile, on November 20th, the Bombay High court released the detailed bail order of Aryan and other accused in the case, including Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha. In the order, the court mentioned and I quote, ‘There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this Court that all the accused persons with common intention agreed to commit unlawful act…Merely because Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were travelling in the same cruise, that by itself cannot be a foundation for the charge of conspiracy against them.’ The court also stated that the alleged confessional statements recorded by the investigating officers are not valid and hence, the NCB must not rely on them. Notably, Aryan Khan, Arbaz Marchant and Munmun were arrested on October 3rd by the Narcotics Control Bureau, after they conducted a raid on a cruise in Mumbai and seized banned substances. All three were granted bail on October 28th. Meanwhile, the case is also making news due to the alleged procedural irregularities by the NCB. Not only this, but Sameer Wankhede has also been in the eye of the storm after serious accusations like extortion were levelled against him by Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik and an NCB ‘witness’ Prabhakar Sail.
