According to the court, there were no positive pieces of evidence found of any conspiracy between Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha in order to commit drug-related offences. Also, the court stated that there was nothing objectionable found in WhatsApp conversations between them.
Furthermore, the HC order also stated that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) cannot rely on the alleged confessional statements recorded by the investigating officer as they are not valid.
Much has been said and written about Aryan Khan ever since his arrest in the Mumbai cruise drug case. The star kid, after being in the custody for almost a month, finally got bail on October 29. However, he has to appear before the NCB every Friday.
