Bride-to-be Ankita Lokhande injured ahead of her wedding with Vicky Jain, advised bed rest by doctors | Hindi Movie News – Bollywood – Times of India

Actress Ankita Lokhande has been injured, a few days ahead of her wedding with Vicky Jain. She’s doing okay though, and doctors have advised her to take bed rest. She is now back home and doing as the doctors have told her. Taking to Instagram, the soon-to-be bride shared a picture of her foot in a crepe bandage as she rested in bed, with the caption, ‘Talk to my foot’. In another picture, one of her closest friends, actor Mahesh Shetty is seen with his foot propped up on the bed next to her’s. He wrote, ‘Her foot vs my foot.’ Later, the actor also informed that the actress had gotten hurt while rehearsing for the sangeet ceremony. He said and we quote: ‘Ankita and Vicky were rehearsing for their sangeet when she got injured. She is unwell and doctors are keeping a close eye but she has told her friends she will manage. Thankfully, there is no fracture.’ Ankita and Vicky, who will get married this month, have been sharing their happiness with fans, and giving glimpses of the pre-wedding rituals. The actress had recently shared a video in which the couple were seen lost in each other’s eyes while during one of the rituals. She had captioned the post as, ‘Togetherness! Thank you @imtanmaykhutal for capturing these beautiful memories.’ Earlier this week, the couple had also visited Maharashtra governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari to invite him to their wedding. Sharing pictures from the meet, the actress had penned, ‘I would like to express my appreciation for the opportunity to meet with Honorable ‘Bhagat Singh Khoshyari j Governor of Maharastra. I know you are very busy sir and I am grateful that you made time to talk with us at Raj Bhavan. @bhagatsinghkoshyari.’ Just last month, Ankita had celebrated her bachelorette party along with her close friends including Rashami Desai, Mrunal Thakur, Mahhi Vij, and others.
