A five-story building leaned before completely collapsing in Bengaluru’s Kasturi Nagar on October 7. The incident took place in the early afternoon when residents suddenly felt an impact on one of the structure’s pillars. Shortly after, the building started to lean on its right. All residents immediately evacuated before the building collapsed an hour later. The structure was only eight years old, featuring eight apartments out of which three were occupied. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported in the incident.
