After over three decades, Kashmir finally gets its first multiplex which would allow locals to experience big screen. Cinema halls were closed in Kashmir in 1990s as terrorists threatened the owners to shut down. The upcoming multiplex owned by the Dhar family will be open to public in September. The multiplex is said to have three movie theatres with a seating capacity of 520 people. The Dhar and INOX worked together to set up the multiplex in Kashmir after many years.
