Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar look resplendent in these FIRST pictures from their wedding ceremony – Times of India

After a traditional haldi and mehendi ceremony, Mouni Roy tied the knot with Dubai-based businessman Suraj Nambiar in an intimate affair with only family and close friends in attendance.

Dressed in a white saree with red and golden border, Mouni looked gorgeous as ever. She completed her bridal look with traditional gold jewellery. Suraj, on the other hand, looked dashing as ever in his beige and white kurta-pyjama.

Although the couple did not officially announce their wedding, their friends have been updating their fans by sharing pictures and videos from the pre-wedding ceremonies. After this traditional Malayali ceremony, the couple will also be taking their nuptial vows in a traditional Bengali wedding which will take place in the evening today at Goa.

Celebs like Mandira Bedi, Omkar Kapoor, Aashka Goradia, Pragya Kapoor, Vanessa Walia, Arjun Bijlani, Nidhi Kurda and other TV personalities are attending the wedding ceremony.

On the work front, Mouni will next feature in Ayan Mukerji’s upcoming fantasy-drama ‘Brahmastra’. The film will star Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. It will also feature Amitabh Bachchan and Nagarjuna Akkineni in key roles.
