Samsung Galaxy S21 FE with Exynos 2100 spotted – Times of India

Samsung Galaxy S21 FE smartphone is rumoured to launch next year on January 4 and as the date is approaching, leaks around the devices are also heating up. Now the smartphone has been spotted on benchmarking platform Geekbench. Tipster FrontTron claims to spot the Galaxy S21 FE variant with Exynos 2100 chipset on the platform.
The tipster reveals that the smartphone variant has a model number SM-G990E and it sports 8GB of RAM. As per the details shared on Twitter, the device managed to get a single-core score of 1,096 points and a multi-core score of 3,387 points. As per SamMobile, the underwhelming score may be due to the pre-production software on the smartphone.
According to previous reports, the smartphone looks similar to the Galaxy S21. The device is said to feature a 6.4-inch display with a central punch-hole camera. The handset is expected to be backed by a 4500mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
It is also said that the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will come with an IP68 rating which will make it water-resistant. This means that the smartphone can stay submerged in 1.5 meters of fresh water for 30 minutes. Along with this, the smartphone is also set to have Dolby Atmos support, NFC and reverse wireless charging.
When it comes to the camera, the smartphone is rumoured to sport a triple camera setup at the back with a 32-megapixel primary lens, 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens just like the Galaxy S20 FE. At the front, the device is said to feature a 12 megapixel selfie shooter which is a downgrade from the 32-megapixel lens in Galaxy S20 FE.
As per the images shared by tipster Roland Quandt, the device will be available in four colour options – White, Cream, Grey and Pink.
