Sini Shetty from Karnataka crowned Femina Miss India 2022 – Times of India

The night everyone was waiting for arrived on Sunday, and as expected it turned out to be one star-studded affair. The winners of the VLCC presents Femina Miss India 2022 co-powered by Sephora, Moj & Rajnigandha Pearls were announced on late Sunday night and the country got its new beauty queens of the year!

Sini Shetty, from Karnataka was crowned Femina Miss India World 2022 at JIO World Convention Center in Mumbai. Shetty is all of 21, and was born in Mumbai but hails from Karnataka. The beauty with brains holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and is now pursuing the CFA as a professional course. She is also a Bharatanatyam dancer.



Meet the gorgeous Miss India 2022 Runners Up

Rubal Shekhawat, from Rajasthan was crowned Femina Miss India 2022 1st Runner Up. Rubal represents the rich culture and heritage of the royal state of Rajastha. Rubal is of the opinion that progress is more important than perfection. She calls herself a curious student of life, who has interest in various fields like dancing, acting, painting, and loves playing badminton.

Shinata Chauhan, from Uttar Pradesh was crowned Femina Miss India 2022 2nd Runner Up. 21-year-old Shinata has been a scholar, and always taken up leadership roles. She loves to express herself, enjoys listening to music and cherishes conversations with loved ones and loves self-care activities.

Another highlight of the evening was the celebration of Mentor Neha Dhupia’s 20 years of winning the prestigious Femina Miss India crown!

Earlier this evening, the gorgeous 30 state winners of Femina Miss India 2022 were introduced to the jury and the world, dressed to perfection in the resort wear collection of designer Abhishek Sharma, inspired from the beauty of Mountain Moths, Each ensemble was carefully crafted with various different flowy drapes and put together by hand, this collection comprises fabrics of bright colours and textures which perfectly represented the vivacious personalities of all the state winners.
