While addressing the inaugural event in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on December 27 expressed his faith in the state’s ability to achieve vaccine coverage of children aged 15-18 years, saying that Himachal Pradesh will lead the way.“Our government has announced COVID-19 vaccination for 15-18-year-olds from January 3, 2022, and ‘precaution dose’ for healthcare workers and senior citizens with comorbidities from January 10. I am confident that Himachal Pradesh will lead in achieving vaccination coverage,” said PM Modi.
