But her recent post featuring the late Bappi Lahiri was massively criticized by netizens who tagged it as ‘disrespectful’. The ‘1920’ actress shared a photo collage with her and Bappi Da’s pic. The latter’s pic had him in his trademark style gold jewelry with Adah trying to match him up, with a caption – Who wore it better? This post didn’t go down too well with social media users who bashed Adah for being insensitive towards the legendary singer who passed away earlier this month. The actress has now broken the silence on the controversy and has blamed it up on bad timing. In her statement she explained, “The post was originally posted on my Instagram two years ago on 28th March 2020. (She shared the link). The Bappi Da post that was uploaded on my Facebook page yesterday had been scheduled for posting by us a month in advance.
