The DGCA has pulled up Indian airlines over failure to act sternly against unruly passengers. The airline regulator has issued an advisory to all airlines on how to deal with unruly passengers creating ruckus or misbehaving with other co-passengers. The regulator says that restraining devices should be used on unruly passengers if they do not behave themselves after warning. Two incidents have come to light when passengers got out of control and urinated while being in inebriated condition. In one case, a passenger urinated on a 70-year-old woman while in the second incident a passenger relieved himself on an empty seat of a woman passenger.
