Ananya Panday shares UNSEEN pictures of her first look test for ‘Khaali Peeli’ – Times of India

As the movie, ‘Khaali Peeli’ is nearing its release, actress Ananya Panday has been sharing several fun-looking BTS pictures and videos from the film that fans seem to really enjoy. Once again today, the actress took to social media to share unseen pictures of her first look test for the film where she is playing the lead character of a girl, Pooja.

In the first photo, Ananya can be seen acing a mirror selfie as she sported a casual look with denim shorts and a white crop top. However, in the second picture, the actress looks drastically different in an ethnic edit.

She further captioned her post as, “POOJA 🖤💥😉 throwback to the first look test 🥰 and now the film is releasing in two days 😮😍”

Meanwhile, talking about the film, filmmaker Maqbool Khan recently opened up that both Ananya and Ishaan have underwent a special diction process to get into the skin of their respective character. He told ETimes, “Ishaan and Ananya are young, energetic, and smart actors to work with. Ishaan has performed all his stunts himself, no doubles were used. Ananya also did her own action scenes. She is very polished and young. For this role, I wanted someone who was rustic, who can deliver the Mumbai language and she invested in a workshop for it. Everyone on the sets would speak to her in the colloquial Mumbai language and not English. It was a blessing to work with them.”
