Kerala governor Arif Mohammad Khan hinted that he will send the ordinance to the President of the country. The ordinance brought by the state government strips his powers as the chancellor of all state universities. Kerala Governor said that ‘I don’t want to judge the ordinance if the state government is targeting me. Hence, I will refer it (to the President).’
