Prabhakar Sail, NCB witness in Aryan Khan drug case dies of heart attack

An important name in superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s infamous drug case, Prabhakar Sail, has passed away. According to his lawyer, he suffered a fatal heart attack at his residence in Mumbai. He was reportedly 36 years old. Prabhakar was the panch witness of the Narcotics Control Bureau in the cruise drug case. Bodyguard to K P Gosavi, who was also a witness in the drug bust case, Prabhakar made headlines when he had filed an affidavit leveling serious allegations of a payoff to then NCB zonal chief Sameer Wankhede in the drug raid that led to the arrest of Aryan Khan. He claimed that he overheard a phone conversation about a demand of Rs 25 crore from Shah Rukh Khan in the case to let off his son Aryan Khan. Prabhakar Sail had claimed that on October 3 while escorting Gosavi, he overheard him discussing a demand of Rs 25 crore and his willingness to ‘settle’ at Rs 18 crore, of which Rs 8 crore was to be allegedly paid to Wankhede. In his statement to the police, Sail had also mentioned that he had interacted with Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani too.
