‘Bell Bottom’ actress Vaani Kapoor shares her father’s ‘fan moment’ with Akshay Kumar; says ‘Moments like these make memories for life’ – Times of India

Vaani Kapoor is all set to be seen with Akshay Kumar in ‘Bell Bottom’. The film’s trailer was released on August 3 in Delhi and it has been getting a positive response from the audience. The film, also starring Huma Qureshi and Lara Dutta, will be released in theatres on August 19.

Vaani earlier revealed that her father is a huge fan of Akshay. Now, the actress has shared her father’s ‘fan moment’ with Akshay. She took to Instagram and posted their happy picture. In the picture, Akshay can be seen hugging Vaani’s father and striking a happy pose for the camera.

Sharing the picture with her fans, Vaani wrote, “Moments like these make memories for life..his heart is full

Soon after she posted the picture, fans and her friends were seen dropping hearts emojis in the comments section. Bhumi Pednekar dropped a red heart emoji on her post while Anushka Ranjan commented, “This is adorable

During the trailer launch event in Delhi, Akshay spoke about the film getting released in theatres after a while. Opening up about the decision of releasing his film in theatres amid the pandemic, Akshay said, “Releasing the film in theatres in such trying times is a gamble but we had to take this leap of faith. I am confident this will work and people will come to theatres to watch the film. Let us see what is going to happen.”

‘Bell Bottom’ is directed by Ranjit M Tewari. It will be the first major Hindi film to release in Indian theatres after the second wave of coronavirus.
