The computer-based test (CBT) GATE 2023 was conducted on February 4, 5, 11 and 12, 20223 across the nation. The Candidate’s response will be available in the Application portal today I.e., February 15, 2023, while the answer key will be released on February 21, 2023.
The GATE 2023 is being organized by the IIT Kanpur and is conducted by IISc Bangalore and seven IITs (IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras, IIT Roorkee), on behalf of the National Coordination Board – GATE.
The GATE response sheet will contain the candidate’s responses to the questions asked in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) exam. Candidates can use the response sheet to check their answers and calculate their probable scores in the exam. The response sheet also helps in identifying any errors or discrepancies in the answer key released by the authorities.
Based on the GATE exam response sheet you can evaluate your performance and estimate your score. However, the result will be declared by the IIT Kanpur based on the official final answer key.
Admissions to postgraduate programmes and other government scholarships/assistantships in engineering/ technology/ architecture/ science/ commerce/ arts are open to those who qualify GATE. The GATE score is also used by some Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)/ Got. organisation for their recruitment.

Step 1: Visit the official GATE website at https://gate.iitk.ac.in/ or https://app.gate.iitk.ac.in/.
Step 2: Click on the link for “GATE 2023 Response Sheet” or “View Response Sheet”.
Step 3: Log in using your GATE enrollment ID/email address and password.
Step 4: Your GATE response sheet will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Download and take a printout of the response sheet for future reference.
