Here’s Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth’s second Bollywood film announcement; producer Prerna Arora promises a surprise element – Exclusive! – Times of India

Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth and Prerna Arora seem to have struck a chord. Their song ‘Musafir’ has been released and they are now setting up the stage for a Bollywood film.

ETimes has it that this movie will be directed by Rajinikanth’s daughter, who is currently recuperating after being hospitalised after a severe bout of vertigo accompanied by fever. And, this movie is not ‘Oh Saathi Chal‘ which Aishwaryaa had recently tweeted about.

A source says, “Aishwaryaa and Prerna had discussed the idea of making a film soon and things seem to have materialised rather quickly. Both ladies are pretty excited and the film is going to be big. The cast is being finalised along with the other modalities.”

Adds the source, “Whether this film will be Aishwaryaa’s debut as a film director or ‘Oh Saathi Chal’ remains to be seen, but it is now certain that she is getting set to direct many more films in future.”

When contacted, Prerna confirmed and said, “Aishwaryaa ma’am and my film is going to have a big surprise.”

Meanwhile, ‘Musafir’ has been received well. The South versions have Jani Master and the Hindi one has Shivin Narang.
