Jacqueline Fernandez, Nora Fatehi received gifts worth crores from conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar: Reports | Hindi Movie News – Bollywood – Times of India

In the Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, the Enforcement Directorate has filed a 7,000-page chargesheet against the conman, his wife actor Leena Maria Paul and six others. As per reports, in the chargesheet, Chandrashekhar revealed during interrogations that he had gifted a horse worth Rs 52 lakh and four Persian cats, the cost of one cat is Rs 9 lakh, diamond-studded jewellery sets, crockeries, among other things to Jacqueline Fernandez. The report further alleges that the gifts to Jacqueline ran into several crores of rupees. Sukesh and Jacqueline reportedly began talking to each other in January this year, following which he showered her with expensive gifts worth over Rs 10 crore. Earlier, a few pictures of the actress all cosied up with the conman had gone viral on social media. This happened after the actress’ spokesperson had denied claims of Jacqueline being in a relationship with the conman. Besides Jacqueline, actress Nora Fatehi’s name has also been mentioned in the chargesheet as Sukesh Chandrashekhar had gifted her an expensive car. Both the actors have already been questioned by the ED in the case. Earlier, Nora’s spokesperson had issued a statement claiming that the actress was not part of any money laundering activity. The statement read, ‘Nora Fatehi has been the victim around the case and being a witness, she is co-operating and helping the officers in the investigation. We would like to make it very clear that she has not been a part of any money laundering activity, she does not know or have any personal connection with the accused and has been called by the ED to strictly help with the investigation.’ Regarding the luxury car Sukhesh Chandrashekhar allegedly gave Nora Fatehi, reports claim the actress had attended an event after being invited by the conman’s wife and was gifted the car at the event.
