Non-locals have been targeted again by the terrorists in Kashmir valley. Terrorists fired upon migrant labourers in the Bijbehara area. The labourers were from Uttar Pradesh. Injured labourers have been admitted to hospital. Meanwhile, a search operation was launched to nab the terrorists.
