In a major relief for actor Kangana Ranaut, Bombay high court has set aside the demolition order passed on September 9 by the BMC and held that the demolition action was actuated by mala-fides. It held that the construction done by her in her Bandra bungalow was “pre-existing’’ and not ongoing. Now Kangana Ranaut reacted to the same and said that it’s not the victory of the individual but it’s the victory of democracy.
