Former RBI governor Raghuram Rajan said that the lower middle-class is suffering and the Centre needs to focus on growth and creating more jobs. Speaking about Budget 2023, Rajan said that the greatest contribution the Centre can come up with in this Budget would be to come out with a vision for reforms which is sensible & sustainable and energise them in the growth process.
