In a big jolt to BJP in Goa, legislator Michael Lobo is likely to join Congress today ahead of state assembly polls. The Goa minister for waste management has a fallout with the chief minister of the state Pramod Sawant. According to reports, Lobo was also not pleased with the ticket distribution by Bharatiya Janata Party in the poll-bound state.
