The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) refused to give any interim relief to Google but agreed to hear the tech giant’s appeal against the CCI. Google has to deposit 10 per cent of the CCI’s penalty amount to show bonafide. The next hearing will take place on February 13.
