Navy Chief Admiral R Hari Kumar addressed 4th edition of Indo-Pacific Regional Dialogue, 2022 (IPRD 2022) on November 23. While addressing the ceremony, R Hari Kumar commented on the need for a confluence of the Indian and Pacific Oceans in the contemporary world. “The growing realities of the contemporary world, both in geo-political & economic terms, underscores the need for a confluence of the Indian and Pacific Oceans. In navigating our path, there are a number of challenges that need to be overcome. They include imperatives at home, influences from abroad, and intrusive paradigms,” said Navy Chief Admiral R Hari Kumar.
