One UI 3.0: Samsung resumes rolling out One UI 3.0 beta for Galaxy Z Flip smartphones – Times of India

Samsung stopped the rollout of One UI 3.0 beta update last week after several testers reported a major battery drainage issue with the update. Now, according to a report by SamMobile, the company has resumed the One UI 3.0 beta update rollout for LTE and 5G variants of Galaxy Z Flip. The same has been confirmed by a screenshot posted on Samsung Members app.
The report also claims that the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Z Fold 2 users will also get the chance to sign up for the beta program. The One UI 3.0 is based on Google’s latest Android 11 operating system and the upcoming Galaxy S21 lineup is expected to come with the One UI 3.0 out-of-the-box.
Samsung has currently resumed the beta program for One UI 3.0 only in South Korea right now and there’s no information when the company is planning to resume the rollout in other regions or when the company is planning a final rollout of the One UI 3.0 operating system.
For those unaware, the One UI 3.0 brings several new features and updates to Galaxy smartphones. First and foremost, the Android 11 operating system and improvements in notification panel, quick panel, etc. Apart from that, the new update will also bring some camera features and multi-tasking improvements.
