Payal Ghosh shares a video on Twitter; says, ‘will fight till the end’ – Times of India

Payal Ghosh who accused filmmaker Anurag Kashyap of sexual misconduct took to Twitter to share a video where she said that she will be fighting for justice till the end. The actress also stated that Kashyap has been charged under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Along with the video, she wrote, “A little bit of details and truth hurt nobody. Let the culprit come and refute it and let’s find out the truth… If this doesn’t ignite the woman in you and the human in you craving for justice, don’t know what will. #FightTillTheEnd.”

Last month, Payal accused Anurag of wrongful restrain, wrongful confinement and outraging the modesty of a woman.

Meanwhile, Richa Chadha filed a defamation suit against actor Payal Ghosh over “defamatory statements’’ made against her in an interview to a news channel. Today, Payal rendered an apology to Richa before the Bombay High Court.
