Staying home and not putting anyone’s life in danger is the least we can do though the sense of guilt of not being able to do much during these trying times remains. Actress Pooja Bhatt, too, now finds herself stuck and helpless. She recently took to her Twitter handle and tweeted about suffering from survivor’s guilt and also added that the system has failed us. A bed arranged for someone is a small victory, even if it takes a few hours. There are people and agencies who support, help, assist. We are fending for ourselves coz we know the Govt failed us and how !!’ For the unversed, since the pandemic broke out, Pooja Bhatt, along with her colleagues in the industry, has been actively sharing updates and using her influence to spread awareness. A few days ago, she shared a message on Instagram that reads, ‘Now more than ever is a time to connect with the pain & desperation of the world in the face of COVID-19’. The actress further added that we need to physically isolate and also said that ‘we need to empower, educate and empathise with people we see only as a means to an end – our frontline workers, essential service providers, the list is endless….’
