Priyanka Chopra reveals what Nick Jonas told her when Malti Marie was born – deets inside – Times of India

Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas got married in December 2018. The couple announced in January 2022 that they’ve become parents to a baby via surrogacy. However, their baby girl Malti Marie Chopra Jonas was in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) for 100 days.
In a recent interview, Priyanka revealed what Nick told her when Malti was born. She said Nick just held her shoulders and told her ‘just tell me what to do because I don’t know what to do’. Nick then told PC to just get into the car and they drove to the hospital. Ever since that day to now, Malti has never been without any of them, said Priyanka. Either Nick or Priyanka is always around Malti at all times.

While the couple was quite vulnerable when Malti was in NICU, they had to be strong. Priyanka confessed that it wasn’t Malti’s test but a test for them. The actress realised early on that she didn’t have the luxury to be weak because Malti was scared and weak. It was needed for Priyanka and Nick to not let her feel at all times that she’s not alone.”
Priyanka and Nick recently visited India with Malti and it was the girl’s first trip to her mother’s country. The couple also happily posed for the paparazzi as they arrived with her at the airport.

On work front, PC has been on a promotional spree for ‘Citadel’ which just released today. The actress will be seen next in ‘Love Again’.
