Microsoft has announced that Rainbow Six Extraction, the latest game in the Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six series, will be available on day one with Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate when it releases on January 20 on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The game brings a new squad-based PvE experience to players in the Rainbow Six universe and beyond.
As per Microsoft, “Rainbow Six Extraction is a tactical 1-3 player co-op PvE FPS where you’ll unite the elite operators from Rainbow Six against a deadly alien threat known as the Archaens.”
When it releases on January 20, 2022, Xbox Game Pass members can jump into the PvE co-op experience alone or in squads of up to three players to take on incursions.
Rainbow Six Siege is also coming to PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
Rainbow Six Siege will also be available with PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate starting January 20 as well. The game is available for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members on console and cloud already. Players who play both Siege and Extraction can unlock the epic gear included in the United Front Bundle.
Ubisoft also announced today their intent to bring Ubisoft+ to Xbox platforms in the future. Rainbow Six Extraction is available for pre-order now from the Microsoft Store or your local retailers and available with Xbox Game Pass on January 20. Rainbow Six Siege is available now with Xbox Game Pass and will be available starting January 20, 2022 on PC Game Pass.
