Ranbir Kapoor opens up parenting, says, ‘I don’t want Alia to sacrifice her dreams after embracing motherhood, we are going to share’ – Times of India

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are all set to welcome their first child soon. In a recent interview, Ranbir opened up about his excitement about embracing fatherhood.

The ‘Rockstar‘ actor revealed that he always wanted children, he and Alia have been talking about children ever since they met. The actor further added that they want to have lots of children in life, how much ever they can afford.

Elaborating further, he added that he is very happy and very excited, and very nervous, terrified also, but also very grateful. The actor shared that he does not want Alia to sacrifice her dreams after having a baby.

The ‘Sanju’ actor explained that he and Alia grew up in a time when their fathers were away working and hence, they were largely raised by their mothers.

The actor went on to say that Alia is a very busy working star in this film industry and he don’t want her to sacrifice her dreams because she has a child. So they have to somewhere plan out a balanced life where both can enjoy our personal life and our professional life.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranbir will next feature in ‘Shamshera’ co-starring Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor. He will also star in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’ with Alia Bhatt.
