Samsung Galaxy A32 starts receiving Android 12 update in India – Times of India

Consumer electronics giant Samsung offers smartphones across price segments. Along with this, the company also makes sure that its users experience new software on its devices. Keeping to its promise the South Korean tech giant has now started rolling out the Android 12 update for its Galaxy A-series smartphone. Samsung Galaxy A32 has started receiving Android 12 updates in India. The 5G variant of the smartphone received Android 12 update a few weeks ago and now the 4G variant is getting the update.
The Android 12 update for Galaxy A32 comes with firmware version A325FXXU2BVD6. Along with the latest Android update, the smartphone also received Samsung’s latest One UI 4.1 and security patch for the month of April. The latest security patch claims to fix 80 privacy and security vulnerabilities.
With the One UI 4.0, users will get improved stock apps, Material You dynamic colour themes, lock screen widgets, dedicated quick settings toggles for switching off-camera and microphone access and new widget designs. The update is also claimed to enhance the security and privacy of the devices.
Samsung Galaxy A32 specifications
Galaxy A32 smartphone houses a 6.4-inch display of FHD+ resolution. The display offers a 90Hz refresh rate, making it the first handset in the Galaxy A series to offer a faster display refresh rate. The device houses a Super AMOLED panel and houses an Infinity-U notch.
The smartphone comes in two variants — 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB. Users can further expand the storage up to 1TB by adding a microSD card. The Galaxy A32 smartphone comes backed by a 5000mAh battery, with 15W fast charging support.
For imaging duties, the Galaxy A32 smartphone has a quad-camera setup on the back. The primary camera is a 64MP sensor (f/1.8 aperture), which is paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera (f/2.2 aperture) and two 5MP (f/2.4 aperture) sensors in which one is a depth sensor and the other is a macro sensor. On the front, there is a 20MP sensor (f/2.2 aperture).
