Samsung may not unveil Galaxy S21 FE at August 11 Galaxy Unpacked event – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Consumer electronics giant Samsung officially announced the date for its next Galaxy Unpacked event. The company has scheduled the Galaxy Unpacked event for August 11.
The company is expected to launch the Galaxy Z Fold3, Galaxy Z Flip3, Galaxy smartwatches and earbuds at the event.
Initial online reports suggested that the company will also launch the affordable Galaxy S21 series smartphone — Samsung Galaxy S21 FE at the same event. However, a new online report reveals that Galaxy S21 FE will not debut at the event.
According to a report by LetsGoDigital, Samsung will not launch the Galaxy S21 FE at the next Galaxy Unpacked event scheduled to take place on 11 August. As per an official documentation seen by LetsGoDigital, Samsung has confirmed that it will not launch the Galaxy S21 FE at the event. The report further adds that there are chances that the company might launch the smartphone in October this year.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is said to feature a 6.4-inch display. The handset is expected to be backed by a 4500mAh battery. The smartphone is said to come in four colour options and sport a triple rear camera.
The upcoming S-series smartphone is expected to come with a central punch-hole display.
A recent online report suggested that the yet-to-launch Samsung Galaxy S21 FE might come with 45W charging support. Rumours also suggest that there are chances Samsung might not include a charger in the box of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. The smartphone is also expected to be priced around Rs 45,900 making it more affordable.
