Businessman and actress Shilpa Shetty‘s husband Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19 by the Mumbai Police Crime Branch in a case related to the creation and distribution of pornographic content through mobile apps. He has been in custody since even as his lawyers try to get him bail. Amid ongoing investigations, actress Sherlyn Chopra, too, had been called in for questioning in the case owing to her link with Kundra’s company. Sherlyn had even made many important revelations about Raj Kundra, one being that he had tried to forcefully kiss her after barging into her house a few years back. Now, Sherlyn has shared a picture on Instagram featuring Raj Kundra and the same has managed to grab many eyeballs. The model-actress claims it was taken on the first day of shoot of The Sherlyn Chopra app. In the photo, Sherlyn is seen flanked by Raj on one side and an unidentified man on the other. Along with the picture, she wrote a caption that stated that the picture was taken on March 29, 2019, the day, Amrsprime had organised the first content shoot for The Sherlyn Chopra App. She wrote in Hindi, ‘The day was March 29, 2019. The first content shoot of The Sherlyn Chopra app, organized by Armsprime, was going to take place. It was a new experience for me as I had never been associated with any app before. There was an atmosphere of hope and enthusiasm.’ The actress, during her questioning with the Mumbai Police Crime Branch, had reportedly said that she wants all the women and artists who have been victims in the pornography racket to receive justice. More recently, the actress in an interview called Raj Kundra her ‘mentor’ and has even said she was misguided by him into shooting a porn video. She shared that she thought she was getting a big break when she first met Kundra but instead was forced to do wrong things by the latter. The actress further claimed that Raj made her believe that semi-nude and porn is casual. Last month, Sherlyn had applied for anticipatory bail, but it was rejected. The actress had even lodged a complaint about her obscene videos being published without her consent back in March.
