Shilpa Shetty will not be served summons in Raj Kundra case, says ‘I will survive challenges’ in her latest Instagram post | Hindi Movie News – Bollywood – Times of India

After the arrest of husband-businessman Raj Kundra for allegedly making pornographic films and publishing them through an OTT app, there were speculations that the police might summon his wife and popular Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty as well. But now, a source close to Mumbai police has revealed to ETimes that Shilpa will not be served a summon in the Raj Kundra case. On condition of anonymity, the source has revealed that ‘Shilpa Shetty is one of the directors of Viaan Industries while the police investigation is probing into Kenrin only’. Notably, Kenrin is a UK-based company and owner of the OTT app, where the alleged porn content was distributed. The company is owned by Raj Kundra’s brother in law Pradeep Bakshi, who is a British citizen. Meanwhile, after the arrest of her hubby, actress Shilpa Shetty recently dropped a social media post for the very first time. Taking to her Instagram handle, the actress shared a picture of a page from a book that mentions a quote that reads, ‘Do not look back in anger; or forward in fear but around in awareness.’ It further reads, ‘We look back in anger at the people who’ve hurt us, the frustrations we’ve felt, the bad luck we’ve endured. We look forward in fear at the possibility that we might lose our job, contract a disease, or suffer the death of a loved one. The place we need to be is right here, right now—not looking anxiously at what has been or what might be, but fully aware of what is.’ Well, Shilpa has not yet reacted or gave a statement over the arrest of her husband. Meanwhile, Raj Kundra, who is booked under several relevant sections of IPC, IT, and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act is in police custody till Friday. Mumbai Police has said that Raj Kundra appears to be the ‘key conspirator’ in the case and has sufficient evidence against him.
