Trolls target Urvashi Rautela as Rishabh Pant scores only 14 runs in India vs Pakistan match – Times of India

As India and Pakistan battled it out during the second match of the Super 4 of the Asia Cup 2022 on Sunday, a different battle erupted on social media. Bollywood actress and model Urvashi Rautela made an appearance in the stands and netizens were quick to blame her for cricketer Rishabh Pant’s poor performance in the field. The duo have been linked in the past and have indulged in a cryptic war of words on social media too.

As Urvashi shared a video from the stands at a stadium in Dubai, netizens flooded her post with hate. “Didi aapka career to kuch khass chala nhi bechare #Rishabpant ko to dhang se khelne do”, wrote one netizen. Rishabh and Urvashi became the talk of the town after the actress alleged that the cricketer waited hours on end at a hotel lobby and left her 16-17 missed calls as he was eager to meet her. In an interview with a news portal the actress revealed all these details while refusing to name RP. Urvashi further added that a huge drama happened with the paps when she met with him in Mumbai, upon her suggestion. Shortly after this revelation, Rishabh had penned a cryptic Instagram story which read, “It’s funny how people lie in interviews just for some meagre popularity and for hitting the headlines. Sad how some people are thirsty for fame and name.
