Twitterati call for Jubin Nautiyal’s arrest for alleged association with ‘criminal’ Jai Singh – Times of India

Bollywood singer Jubin Nautiyal’ who recently announced his US concert, found himself mired in a controversy. Apparently, the show is US will be organised by Jai Singh who is connected to a banned Khalistani outfit. Netizens now claim that Jubin has an alleged connection with the criminal in question and hence are demanding the singer’s arrest.

Reportedly, Jai Singh, the organiser of Jubin’s upcoming US concert, has been in the hiding for the past 30 years and has been listed as ‘wanted criminal’ by the Chandigarh police over drug smuggling and video piracy charges.

According to a news portal, Jai who was a resident of Punjab had settled in the US, was a part of the banned Khalistan group in Punjab. He went to provide logistical support to Khalistanis hailing from the Fermont gurudwara in California.

After Jubin’s concert was announced, netizens brutally began to troll him and the hashtag ‘Arrest Jubin Nautiyal’ started to trend. Twitterati feel that Jubin’s concert with the show will bring disgrace to the country.
