Vivo T2 smartphone China launch delayed again – Times of India

Vivo has again delayed the launch of Vivo T2 smartphone in China. As per the company’s latest post on Weibo, the Vivo T2 will not be launched on June 6. Previously the smartphone was rumoured to launch at an early date along with the Vivo T2x, however Vivo launched T2X silently a few days ago. As of now, the company has not yet revealed a new launch date for the smartphone. Few reports suggest that the Vivo T2 will be launched later this month. Rumours also suggest that the device will be a rebranded iQoo Neo 6 SE which was launched in China last month.
Although the company has not confirmed whether the smartphone will make its way to the Indian market, it is expected that the device will make its way to the Indian streets soon after China launch. Here’s everything you need to know about the Vivo T2.
Vivo T2 specifications
The Vivo T2 features a 6.62-inch FHD+ OLED display. The display gets a peak refresh rate of 120Hz. Under the hood, the smartphone is rumoured to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.
When it comes to camera, the Vivo T2 sports a triple camera setup at the back that comprises a 64MP primary sensor, 8MP ultrawide sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. For video calls and selfies, the smartphone features a 16MP camera at the front.
The device runs on Android 12 based FunTouch OS 12 out of the box. The Vivo T2 is backed by a 4,700 mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging. For security, the smartphone gets an in-display fingerprint sensor.
