As West Bengal Chief minister Mamata Banerjee announces the biggest reshuffle in the West Bengal government, nine new ministers are inducted in the cabinet. The new faces include Babul Supriyo, Udayan Guha, Snehasis Chakraborty, Partha Bhowmik, Pradip Majumdar, Tajmul Hossain, Satyajit Barman, Birbaha Hansda and Biplab roy. This decision comes in the backdrop of the Trinamool Congress facing the heat over the arrest of senior minister Partha Chatterjee by the ED in the school jobs scam.
