Xiaomi has been rumoured to launch the Redmi Note 11 Pro series smartphones in India soon. Now, we finally have an official confirmation from the company regarding the official launch date for the Redmi Note 11 Pro series smartphones.
To note, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G smartphone has already been launched globally a while back and it is finally going to arrive in India.
The company has started extending the media invite for the Redmi Note 11 Pro launch. According to the invite, the company will launch the smartphones on March 9, 2022.
The official invite for the upcoming smartphone also includes a couple of key features of the smartphones which includes 120Hz refresh rate display, 67W fast charging, 108MP camera and 5G support.
Apart from that, the invite does not reveal any other details such as the display size, chipset details, battery capacity, etc.
Also, we aren’t sure how many smartphones Xiaomi is planning to launch under the Redmi Note 11 Pro series. Considering the previous generation, the Redmi Note 10 Pro series included two variants — the regular Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10 Pro+.
We are expecting that the company will launch the regular Pro variant as well as Pro+ variants of the Redmi Note 11 Pro as well. The latter hasn’t been launched by the company even in global markets as of now.
Meanwhile, the global variant of the Redmi Note 11 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset and comes with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. In terms of camera, the smartphone is equipped with the 108MP primary sensor + 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro sensor. The smartphone is backed by a 5000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.
