Xiaomi will organise its Smart Living 2021 event today. The company will be hosting an online event for the 3rd edition of the annual event. At the event, Xiaomi is expected to launch smart home devices, smart wearables and other smart devices at the event today.

Expected launches
Mi Band 5 is one of the products that Xiaomi is expected to unveil today. The smart band was launched in China in June this year. It comes with features like a 1.1-inch AMOLED screen with up to 14-days of battery life.
Launch of the new Mi smart brand is also hinted via a webpage on the e-commerce site Amazon. Listed under ‘AmazonSpecials’ category, the upcoming device is teased to come with a bigger display, an improved battery life and four new sports modes along with a dedicated Yoga mode. In one of the images shared, one can see the device being charged using a pinned cable. ‘Start charging in a snap’ says the Amazon page.
As per teaser on Mi India Twitter handle, one can also expect the smartphone maker to unveil a smartwatch, likely to be called Mi Watch Revolve. The smartwatch is expected to come with features like 24×7 heart rate monitoring, 5ATM water-resistance and different sports modes.
Another device expected to be launched at the event today is the Mi smart speaker. Not much is known about the upcoming speaker, but it is likely to support Google Assistant/ Amazon Alexa digital voice assistants. Automatic soap dispenser and smart shoes are other rumoured products that the company may introduce.
