Things you should know about Airtel Unlimited 5G data offer

  • 5G enabled smartphone with supported 5G band
  • 5G network in your region
  • All postpaid customers and those prepaid customers with a data plan of Rs. 239 and above will be able to avail of the offer.
  • Do note that the unlimited data, according to the AIrtel Thanks app, only works when the user is in the 5G region and the smartphone currently has the 5G network.
  • Also, be informed that the unlimited 5G data is over and above your existing plan data.

Steps to avail unlimited 5G data on Airtel

  1. According to the Airtel, users can head to the Airtel Thanks app to claim the unlimited 5G benefits at no additional cost. First, users need to recharge their phone with an unlimited plan of Rs 239 or above to avail the unlimited 5G data.
  2. Then, open Airtel Thanks app and look for the Claim Unlimited 5G Data banner and tap on it.
  3. Now, a new Unlimited 5G Data page will open. Here, tap on Claim Now button.
  4. Once done, the Unlimited 5G Data offer will be activated and Airtel will also send a confirmation SMS for the same.
  5. Postpaid users can also avail the unlimited 5G data by following the same steps.
