How to watch Apple event on September 12
The event will be live-streamed on Apple’s website, its official YouTube channel and via the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV.
What to expect
Four iPhones is what we expect Apple to unveil. The iPhone 15 series is expected to feature the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. The iPhone 15 Pro Max is rumoured to feature a periscope camera, which will be the highlight of the iPhone 15 series. The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max are expected to be powered by the A17 Bionic processor, which is said to be a significant upgrade over the A16 Bionic processor that is expected to power the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus.
Apple is also rumoured to equip the iPhone 15 series with an all-new action button that will allow users to quickly access certain features and apps. The iPhone 15 Pro is expected to miss out on the periscope lens that will allow for more optical zoom. The iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus are expected to have a 48-megapixel main camera.
It has been speculated that all iPhone 15 series models will come with the Dynamic Island, which was previously reserved for the Pro variants.
Apart from the iPhones, it is also expected that Apple will launch two new models of the Apple Watch. A second-generation Apple Watch Ultra and the Apple Watch Series 9 could be unveiled on September 15.
We can also expect Apple to announce to rollout date for iOS 17 along with other OS updates for its devices.
