Earlier, the last date for submission of applications for CUET-2022 was May 6. Application window was opened on April 6.
Announcing the revised date, UGC chairperson M Jagadesh Kumar tweeted, “We are extending the last date for application submission for Common University Entrance Test (CUET) up to May 22, 2022. We hope that this will provide additional opportunities to the students to apply for CUET.”
According to NTA sources, over 5.5 lakh candidates have applied so far seeking admission to 72 universities which will commence admission for 2022-23 academic session on basis of CUET scores.
