The Delhi High Court has granted bail to former CEO Chitra Ramakrishna and her associate and former COO Anand Subramanian in the NSE multi-location scam. Statutory bail is granted when the accused are in judicial custody and the investigation is not completed in a specified number of days. It is accused that the accused duo allowed some stock brokers to have illegal access to NSE servers, thus allowing them to have advantage over other traders and brokers.
