A Twitter user by the name of Ananya Singh posted an image of a slit-wrist with blood oozing out of it to insinuate she has harmed herself because of non-postponement of upcoming NEET and JEE exams dates.
Tagging actor Sonu Sood, she sought help using hashtag #PostponeJEE_NEETinCOVID.
TRUTH
The image is from 2016, when it was posted by a Twitter user from New York as a mark of protest against police brutality on black people.
VERIFICATION AND METHODOLOGY
Using reverse-image search, we found a tweet dated July 8, 2016 from user Alex. The tweet had the same image which is now being posted in context of NEET/JEE exams.
After the 2016 shooting of white police officers in Dallas by a African-American Micah Xavier Johnson, during which he was eliminated by police, Alex posted this image of a slit-wrist to express solidarity for Johnson and other black lives in the US.
The shooting of white police officers happened at the end of a protest against the police killings of African-American men Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Philando Castile in Falcon Heights, Minnesota, which had occurred in the preceding days.

Alex used hashtag #CutForBlackLives to express solidarity with black community of the US. However, Times Fact Check cannot verify if the image that Alex posted was genuine or a fake stunt.
Moreover, we found several Twitter users posting the same image of slit-wrist to claim they had cut themselves to demand postponement of NEET/JEE exams. The genuineness of these images can not be verified.

Times Fact Check has found that a 2016 image of a slit-wrist is being used to claim a student cut herself upset over non-postponement of 2020 NEET, JEE exams.
