An FIR has been filed against fugitive liquor baron Vijay Mallya at Connaught Place under section 174-A. The complaint was filed by Delhi International Airport against Kingfisher Airlines in which Mallya has been named as an accused after the cognisance taken by the Rouse Avenue court.
