Addressing the students after inaugurating the medical college, the Governor said that this inauguration is not only a step forward in the field of medical education, but also a major boost to the Tirupati region and other Rayalaseema districts, in providing essential health care facilities. He said that the people in this region will now have access to high-end medical care facilities.
“Sri Kanchi Kama Koti trust, a prestigious organisation with a vision for providing health and education to the poor, lower middle class, and middle-class people of the society, has made its vision a reality with the establishment of Balaji medical college. Sairam group of institutions and Vigyan Bharathi charitable trust in association with Kanchi Kama Koti trust, have worked hard to make this project successful. I hope these organisations will help the people and the society, by bringing affordable healthcare facilities within the reach of every needy person, without any barriers”, he said.
He congratulated the college management and students, who are starting their academic activities from today, with an intake of 150 MBBS Students for the academic Year 2022-23.
